After an initial 11 minutes ramped warm up, in this session we will be all about tempo and zone 4
Recovery between each efforts is just 4 minutes. Long enough to mentally prepare for the next one.
Another true maximum sprint and hold on style effort, 7 in total for this first week. A good recovery between each to ensure you can push hard again into that next effort.
This really is a leave nothing in the tank style effort! You’re not going to like us for this session, but after you recover, you’ll quickly see the benefits!
And just to make sure you’ve really had enough, we are going to wring out every last drip of sweat with 8 minutes in zone 3.
Not a session to repeat too often!
