The Foco Fondo club is your community for winter training and fun. Build your base this winter season with a consistent schedule of structured workouts designed by Zack Allison on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a longer ride on Sundays. Zack has coached for Source Endurance for over 10 years, has a BS in Exercise Science from CSU and brings extensive experience to training a variety of athletes.
Structured rides will be available every Tuesday and Thursday with three different times available to fit your schedule. The long ride on Sunday is a great opportunity to get time in the saddle and make new friends along the way. The club chat offers an opportunity to ask questions, connect with the community and get tips and tricks from the coach. Let's work together this winter to build our fitness and make friends along the way as we gear up for the 2024 Foco Fondo event on July 21.
Weekday structured workouts will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am, 12pm and 5:30pm mountain time.
Sunday social long rides will begin at 9am mountain time and will be led by a different FoCo Fondo community leader each week!
