A follow up to the original "A bit of speed too" set, the aim of this session is to once again take our steady-state triathlon legs outside of their normal threshold / FTP type efforts and - briefly at least - hits some bigger speed and power numbers. Once again, we aren't looking to win a Tour stage Sprint any time soon, but a bit of extra speed will wake our legs up a touch...
