Welcome to the daily workout. Today we are doing something a little bit different. Imagine you have just gone around the donut and you are about to attack the Watopia Wall! Here we have some 2min efforts just around VO2Max level. This is not an easy workout but it should be able to help your power numbers as well as give you the ability to hold onto that attack or sprint up that short hill.
