Welcome to the daily workout! Today we are doing a quick HIIT session. A High Intensity Interval Training session is great for those who are short on time, love to suffer or want to get a quick sweat on. We are going to do a quick dynamic 5 min warm up and then we are straight into it, We like to try and mix up the variety to ensure you mind is stimulated and that your legs get a proper workout.
