The Goal Of This Session: is to develop sustainable power or race pace
10 min warm-up
2x (20 min Zones 3 (aim as high as possible but sustainable!), RPE 5, cadence normal, then 10 min easy, RPE 1-2, cadence high)
10 min cool-down
